The ESF+ project FairPlusService is committed to equal opportunities and empowerment. The European Social Fund Plus and the Federal Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs, Health, Care and Consumer Protection The project, which is funded by the German government, promotes the professional development and further training of women with low-skilled and unskilled employment. With our high-quality advisory services, we address both Company as well as women. The focus of the Company and employee consultations is in sectors such as trade, tourism, health and social services, cleaning and education, because there are particularly many women employed in these sectors.

FairPlusService offers companies and formally low-skilled women free consultations on the topics of professional development opportunities, Employer competence that promotes learning and equality and diversity as an opportunity.
Company management, human resources managers and employees work together to develop equality and training strategies that make the individual potential of the women employed visible and promote it.
The focus of the Austria-wide consulting activities are the regions East (Lower Austria, Vienna), Central (Upper Austria, Salzburg), South (Carinthia, Styria) and West (Tyrol, Vorarlberg).
By encouraging further training and higher qualifications, Appreciation and learning from each other supports FairPlusService that Equality between women and men.
The project thus actively contributes to improving social developments, strengthens companies and their employees to master challenges in a future-oriented manner and makes contributions to Equal opportunities and sustainability .
FairPlusService will be operated from 14 November 2023 to 13 November 2028 by the ÖSB Consulting in cooperation with ABZ * AUSTRIA, update training and ÖSB Social Innovation implemented. The aim is to attract 190 companies for initial advice and 114 companies for detailed advice. The advisory services are supplemented by accompanying public relations work and knowledge building and transfer.
