Accessibility Statement

ÖSB Consulting GmbH strives to ensure its websites comply with the Web Accessibility Act (WZG) as amended to implement the Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 October 2016 on the accessibility of the websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies (OJ L 327 of 2.12.2016, p. 1) to make it accessible without barriers.

This accessibility statement applies to www.fairplusservice.at

State of compliance with the requirements

This website is largely compliant with the AA level of the “Web Content Accessibility Guidelines – WCAG 2.1” or with the applicable European Standard EN 301 549 V3.2.1 (2021-03) according to Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council.

Non-accessible content

The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:

  1. a) Incompatibility with accessibility regulations
  • The text in the header of the slideshow does not fully meet the requirements, as there is insufficient contrast with the background. WCAG 1.4.3 (Minimum Contrast) is therefore not fulfilled.
  • In the "Knowledge Pool" section, some image links lack alternative text, and the visible labels on some links differ from the accessible labels. Therefore, the criteria WCAG 2.5.3 (Label), 2.4.4 (Link Purpose in Context), and 2.4.9 (Link Purpose Only) are not met.

As part of ongoing maintenance and optimization, these aspects are revised to fully meet the success criteria.

  1. b) The content is not within the scope of the applicable legal provisions
  • Our website contains links to external websites. Since this content is outside our control, we have no influence on its accessibility.
  • Third-party content that is outside our control is exempt from Directive (EU) 2016/2102. We cannot make any statement regarding the accessibility of this third-party content.
  • The social media channels are operated on platforms that are not within the sphere of influence of ÖSB Consulting GmbH. The accessibility of these platforms is largely determined by the technical and other framework conditions of the respective platforms.
