Within the Needs analysis the erheb FairPlusService-Consultants assess the status quo of the company in terms of equal opportunities and training strategies within the company. The consulting report provides companies with an assessment of their current situation and an overview of potential for further development. This includes the consulting plan, which is individually coordinated with each company.

The analysis consists of:

  • Data analysis: In-depth, quantitative and Equality-oriented workforce structure analysis (goBESTRA)
  • In combination with the equality-oriented Employer Competence Indicator in the areas of human resources, equal opportunities and future-oriented topics such as ecological sustainability and digitalisation
  • Document analysis for Level of organisation the company
  • Analysis and further awareness-raising discussions: Survey of Current situation, maturity level of the company in relation to equality

In the equality-oriented Workforce structure analysis the company's employees are the focus. Different distributions in further training, possible segregation or the development of new entrants as well as opportunities for advancement become visible. This enables the consulting and coaching services to be tailored precisely. The following data is collected, for example:
