The FairPlusService-The training program consists of a total of ten modules, each with a different thematic focus. Based on the module “Equality Information and Awareness”, entrepreneurs select at least 2 additional modules that are suitable for their company. They are divided into the topic groups “Career development opportunities for women","Employer competence that promotes learning and equality" and "Diversity as an opportunity“. The duration of the consultation depends on the wishes and needs of the company.

In the package Career development opportunities for women Companies get a precise overview of the existing and required skills of their employees. This provides the basis for in-house training and development opportunities. Together with the management consultants, you create concrete training plans for individual employees.

The theme package Employer competence that promotes learning and equality Entrepreneurs receive deeper insights in the form of workshops and discussions into important areas such as employee participation as an employer's competence and the compatibility of work and family. Experts accompany the company on the way to becoming a learning organization in order to develop sustainable solutions.

Package 3 - Diversity as an opportunity

Diversity as an opportunity supports entrepreneurs in obtaining a multidimensional picture of their potential and existing employees. This begins with raising awareness of “far-sighted recruitment” and successful onboarding and continues with special offers for sustainable employee retention. The FairPlusService-Experts accompany the implementation.

After completing the consultation, we will work with your company to develop a Equality and training strategy.
