Consultation process

1. Sensitization & initial consultation

At the first contact, experts conduct a non-binding conversation with the entrepreneurs and determine whether there is a need for the offer of FairPlusService In a short, exciting interview, entrepreneurs talk about their company, their employees and how they are dealing with the current, challenging situation. We raise awareness of equality and provide initial advice on topics such as segregation, access to education, etc. in service industries.

The stakeholder map as part of the initial consultation enables the company to be assessed precisely on the market. To do this, relevant stakeholder groups are identified and located. In addition, with our Equality Chart, we highlight industry-specific challenges in the area of ​​equality and raise awareness of opportunities for more equal opportunities.

The final signing of the consulting agreement enables the companies to participate in the project.

2. Analysis phase

FairPlusService-Management consultants quantitatively analyze the current status of the equality-oriented workforce structure, develop well-founded strategies together with entrepreneurs and plan initial concrete measures.

5. Process reflection

Six months after the completion of our consulting services, our FairPlusService-Experts contact the companies to reflect and evaluate the achievement of goals and impact of the 6-month action plan from the equality and further training strategy and the status quo in anchoring the measures with the entrepreneurs.
