The modules in the complex “My learning journey in the company” focus on how employees can be empowered to further their education, recognize their own competencies and, accordingly, meet new challenges parallel to their own phase of life.
The theme package “My career in the company” opens up career opportunities within the company. FairPlusService-Coaches assess the level of knowledge in the company and identify further development opportunities. Career paths, increasing working hours to secure livelihoods and participation, as well as taking on responsibilities are addressed.
