Greetings from Mag.a Klingseisen

Greetings from Mag.a Klingseisen, Federal Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs, Health, Care and Consumer Protection (BMASGPK), Head of the Managing Authority of the European Social Fund Plus in Austria

Dear FairPlusService community!

It is with great pleasure that I can welcome you all to the new year. As a client, I am particularly pleased that this is possible in the context of the first new FairPlusService news article.

The European Social Fund strives for an inclusive society in which everyone has the same opportunities in the labor market. For this reason - and in order to counteract current challenges even more specifically - the FairPlusService project has been further developed and will continue for the next five years. As in the previous project, it places a special focus on the further training of women with low formal qualifications, especially in sectors in which women are overrepresented. Through a variety of measures and committed partnerships, we want to support these companies together and open up new perspectives for their employees, thus taking another step towards equality.

Your interest and commitment are crucial to the success of this project. Thank you for being part of the FairPlusService community and joining us in our quest for an inclusive labor market with equal opportunities for all! We are starting the new year motivated and are looking forward to the coming years together.
